Prisma Health was created as a result of a partnership of two established South Carolina healthcare providers.
With over 30,000 employees across the State, Prisma Health wanted help to unify benefits across the two organisations early on in their merger.
Our task was to help Primsa Health to unify their benefits across the two businesses during .
The main event…
The fixed benefits Open Enrollment date in the US meant that we had a tight deadline. At this stage, the name and brand of the new business had not been agreed, so we created the ‘Benefits For My World’ identity which moved away from corporate messaging to put the focus on individuals, without alienating either side of the workforce.
We developed a video introducing the campaign, a micro-site containing the detailed benefits information, printed promotional collateral to be displayed in offices and a home mailer summarizing benefits on an individual level.
